  • A step by step plan on how to set goals that matter for them now

The program is delivered face to face (in Melbourne) or via Skype/phone and we provide all tools and online hub access to support each individual to get the most out of the program. Each of the 6 modules has prep work to be done before each session to keep moving them forward in a balanced and structured way.

Redundancy On Site Support

We also offer the service of being present on the day when you are going through your redundancy discussion with your staff members.
